Blog # 22- Reducing Pressure

Sometimes we experience pressure on all sides. It is as if we are backed into a corner. Where is there to go? Are there options?
Consider that the pressures of life are separate entities. They may not evaporate very easily or even go away at all. So, after acknowledging the pressures, create other entities to reduce the impact of these pressures. By taking a walk, getting a massage, breathing or reading a light novel, we can distance the pressures. Then, once back at it, we are able to handle our stress more easily.
